Features:
This batch off cooler adopts floor standing structure, with the character of simple and proper structure, flexible operation, spacious vacuum.
This cooler is mainly composed of 2 large parts: Main host and electrical controlling system. Main host includes front access device, press jointed device, slitting device, cooling & release agent mixing device(including dipping device and release agent mixing circuiting device), mesh belt conveyor, rubber sheets lifting device, rear access device, auto rubber sheet swinging device and stacking device, etc.
Electrical control system mainly concludes a host and a vice cabinets. There is installed an emergency control device in the cooling line key parts, easy for workers to operate.
Every main part of the machine host is all in accordance with the industrial standards, with high-quality materials, carefully processed.
