Rubber Granules Production, Rubber Crumbs Production
Our company produces a full set of waste tyre recycling machines, semi-automatic production line and automatic production line, which are used to make rubber granules from old tyre, like rail tyre, truck tyre and other old tires. This production line can produce 20 - 80 mesh 99% pure rubber granules from waste tires.
1. This Tyre Recycling Production Line including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber.
2. The Tyre Recycling Production Line is configured with magnet vibrating sreens and fiber separator to obttain the pure 99% rubber powder.
3. The investment on this Rubber Powder production line is small and the occpuy area is small. It is easy to operate, only need 5-6 workers.
4. Analysis for output
XKP400 rubber crusher:
Output: 5000-6500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.
XKP450 rubber crusher:
Output: 8000-9500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.
XKP560 rubber crusher:
Output: 11000-13500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.
5. You don`t need the Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder is less than 30 mesh. But you need it if the powder finer than 30 mesh.
