1. Application:
Mainly used to crack 40-50mm rubber granules into rubber powder.
2. Structure:
01. Machine body
This machine is mainly consists of the body parts, transmission parts, safety device, temperature adjusting device, lubricating system and accident parking equipment etc.
02. Rollers
Front and rear rollers are the main working parts of the machine, through the motor, speed reducer drive, running relatively in a certain ratio. Surface of the roller is made of chilled cast iron, hard and wear-resistant. Roller ends are supported with sliding bearing, using dry oil cup filling lubrication on a regular basis. Distance between two roll within the prescribed scope can be adjusted.
03. Safety device
The machine is with safety device, safety pad will be damaged in order to protect the main parts when overload.
04. Stop Guide
Stock guide is equipped on both ends of the rollers. Pulling the emergency device, the machine could be stop immediately when accident occurs.
05. Rolls cooling method
Roller is equipped with internal cooling device, which is used to adjust the roller surface temperature.
06. Installation and commissioning, following the instruction book.

Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
