Rubber bale cutter is one of the raw material processing machines of rubber factory. It's mainly used in cutting the natural rubber or synthetic rubber into easy mixing small blocks to conform the requirements.

XQL-80 single knife Hydraulic Rubber Cutter is mainly consist of motor, vane pump, magnetic exchange valve, overflow valve, slave RAM, oil pressure gauge pipe, hydro-cylinder support, rubber cutting knife, rack, conveying groove etc. Oil cylinder uses standard hydro-cylinder; Rack use high quality welded steel frame; The rubber cutting knife is made of 9CrSi or T8A, through heat treatment its hardness reaches HRC60. Below the cutting knife is nylon board to protect the knife edge.
Rubber Bale Cutter is mainly used for cutting natural rubber,synthetic rubber and other plastic material.It is especially suitable installed beside the rubber internal mixing mill to cut small rubber bolcks.
Rubber Bale Cutter consists of single knife,body stand,working cylinder,base,auxiliary working platform and hydraulic&electric systems.It is configurated with nylon bed(or casting lead pad) to protect the edge of the knife.
When cutting the rubber,the worker need to put the rubber stuff below the cutting knife and then pluse on the button to realize the knife falling by following the race on the body stand drived by the piston rod.
It is configurated with 2 switchs to control the selector valve to chage the working direction of the cutting knife.Simultaneously,it can also protect the cylinder head of the cylinder.
Rubber Bale Cutter mainly consists of rubber knife, frame, cylinder, base, auxiliary table, hydraulic system, and electric system. The nylon plate is installed on the base under the cutting knife for protecting the edge of the cutting knife. When cutting the raw rubber, put the raw rubber under the rubber knife, then press the start button, the knife can cut the rubber. Two limit switches are installed on the frame to control the reversal valve to change the movement direction of the rubber knife, at the same time it protects the cover of the cylinder.
