Features:

1)The roll adopts the vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface is hard and wear-proof. The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.



2)The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the main components from being damaged.
 
3)The machine is also equipped with an emergency brake device. When an emergent arises, just draw the safety pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
 
4)The transmission system adopts a hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
 
5)The base frame is a whole framework, which is convenient for installation.
 
6)Stock blender for direct rubber sheet and knife to cut as your need to assemble.
 
7)Auto-lubrication system for greese or oil and match bearing bush.

The Two Roll Rubber Mixing Mill is professional processing equipment widely used in the rubber and silicone industries. It is suitable for food-grade silicone, industrial silicone, and various rubber types including natural rubber (NR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). Working in conjunction with rubber/silicone vulcanizers, it enables the production of a wide range of rubber- and silicone-based products.
Widely applied across reclaimed rubber factories, rubber product manufacturers, footwear factories, cable factories, and other rubber/plastic processing industries.

Working Principle of rubber mixing mill:
The machine features two hollow, precision-ground rollers rotating inward at different speeds. The front roller adjusts horizontally (manual or electric) to control the roller gap, while the rear roller remains fixed. Raw rubber or compound is drawn into the gap between the rollers and plasticized/mixed through strong shearing force. Also applicable for plastic processing.

Model Range of open mixing mill:
Available in multiple models from XK-160 to XK-710, differing in roller working diameter, roller length, front roller linear speed, speed ratio, maximum roller gap, batch capacity, motor power, and overall dimensions.
