Digital Temperature Control: High-accuracy digital display allows precise setting and real-time monitoring of vulcanizing temperatures.

PLC Smart Timer: Easily program vulcanization duration directly via the PLC interface (e.g., set for 1 minute; machine automatically alarms and opens the mold upon completion).

High-Strength Pillars: Constructed from premium #45 steel, quenched and tempered to significantly enhance hardness, tensile strength, and wear resistance.

Durable Frame & Plate Design: Top beam and bottom plate are welded using high-quality Q-235A material, followed by artificial vibration and high-temperature aging treatments to eliminate internal stress and prevent long-term deformation.

Long-Life Alloy Plunger: Plunger is made of LG-P chilled alloy cast iron with a chilled surface layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring superior wear resistance and extended service life.

From engineer designing to production completion, it needs about 25 to 35 days.

Packaging & Shipping

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
