Product Description

1. Application:
This machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic Product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating), Raw Rubber and Compound mixing, rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet.

2. Structural Features
01. Rectangle hard-tooth gear reducer, bearing lubrication, full automatic thin oil lubrication (can be changed according to our requirements)
02. Copper swivel joint
03. Emergency stop: Disk brake (with 4 mushroom type buttons & feet kick type button)
04. With stock pan.
05. The base is integrate type and is welding, no need foundation; And rubber pads in the bottom of equipment is used to prevent vibrating and slipping.
06. All the inner wires have been connection already, when using just need to connect the outer wires with the mill.
07. With electrical control cabinet, to meet OSHA safety ithas the ability to lock the power panel from the outside with a padlock.
