Plate Vulcanizing Press is rubber plant important equipment, how is making plate vulcanizing press running well, steam traps is key components that affect the normal operation.
Good plate vulcanizing machine steam traps can be selected from the following aspects:
1. Emissions of saturated water capacity and undercooling steam releases heat becomes saturated water.
If the trap can discharge saturated water, fresh steam replenish into the plate vulcanizing press always making the machine maintained at a higher temperature so can improve production efficiency and product quality. Free-ball steam trap, lever-ball steam trap, open bucket steam trap all can be ranked saturated water, undercooling degree is 0-2. Undercooling means the steam traps can continuous emission of absolute difference between temperature hot condensate water and temperature of corresponding pressure saturation. Emission of saturated water trap can drainage at point C, cannot dewatering the saturated water traps only dewatering at point E, the temperature difference between point C and point E is called undercooling. Disc type, bimetal type and corrugated tube type etc trap because of larger undercooling cannot be discharged saturated water unsuitable for plate vulcanizing press.
2. The back pressure rate of trap is also an important indicator affecting steam trap. Even though high back pressure rate, the machine can still work when recovering condensate water in high back pressure rate.
3. The trap has a return function, allows a single plate vulcanizing press stop working to prevent the backflow of condensate water affect the plate vulcanizing press resulting in bad effect and life.
4. Select steam trap can be used for superheated steam.
5. Be able to drainage continuously and the large displacement, using long service life of traps. Picking out good steam traps can save a lot of energy and money, of course, perhaps need one-time large investment.
