Product Description

This machine has the functions of automatic rapid rise, slow mold closing, automatic exhaust, automatic pressure filling, vulcanization timing, automatic constant temperature, alarm when it arrives, and automatic rapid mold opening.



The equipment adopts multiple working layers to increase product production efficiency, and the heating plate is zoned for temperature control to achieve uniform surface temperature of the hot plate. The product does not require a mold, but is directly molded and pressed on the hot plate. The surface flatness of the hot plate is required, and the equipment has a slow mold closing function to protect the product during mold closing. Due to the high operating table of the equipment, it comes with an external manual control box, which is convenient for customer production.
