Usage:
It's used for straining the material of natural or reclaimed rubber out.
It can also be used to strain vamp glue and inner tire compound.
Features:
1). The rubber strainer can be used in different applications, including single head, double head.
2). The head is fitted with a mechanical cutter, which operates hydraulically; The operation is simple and easy. The machine also equipped with die-head auto opening system when electric power is cut off.
3). The machine body is equipped with a temperature regulations device. The screw and bush are subjected to nitrogen treatment to get enough strength and excellent wear-resistance.
