1. It mainly works for thermal refining, mixing and plastering of raw rubber etc.

2. The roll is made of cold hard cast iron LTG-H, whose surface rigidity is HS68-75. There are three types of roll, such as cored smooth roll, cored fluted roll, circumferentially drilled smooth roll. The roll adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings, which are lubricated by lubrication grease.

3. The mixing mill base with steel plate welding, through stuffy fire processing it will never be deformed, avoiding the drawbacks as the traditional cast iron base easy to be broken

4. To ensure the safety of staff and equipment, we install convenient button for emergency.

5. All the mixing mills we provide to you are checked through 8 hours non-stop full load operation, it owns perfect quality and low noise. Customers can use them immediately after installation.

Test Before Delivery

In order to save time and cost for customers, we produced lab mixing mill at the factory wires between the motor and the control cabinet already connected, the customer's only need to connect the wires to the outside the control cabinet. After lab mixing mill complete installation will have the load test 4-6 hours to reduce debugging time and cost.








Packaging

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
