This machine consists of Base, Rack, Gland, Rollers, Bearing, Transmission device, Lubrication device, Decelerator, Adjustment device of the roller temperature, Emergency shutdown device and brake rigging and etc.

Features:

1'The base is welded with steel plate together,time saving and effort.

2'Two rollers are made from Chilled Cast Iron, smooth surface is highly polished and scratch proof by cutting knife: High hardness(68-75HSD) and wear-resistant;

3'There are two kinds of Main bearings for option: Bearing or Nylon bush;

4' Automatic thin oil lubrication system,oil supply frequency and oil supply amount can be adjusted to any value; labyrinth seal system to eliminate oil spills.

5' The decelerator is ZSYF,low noise and high efficiency.

6' The roller is hollow structure, which is for adjusting the temperature of the rollers by steam or cooling water in term of different request, Circulation of steam and cooling water is provided through the rolls to control the temperature;

7' Around the operation place is equipped with an emergency stop button.in order to prevent accident.

8' The machine is equipped with mill cheek to prevent rubber aside,higher efficiency.

9' The cutter is for cutting rubber.
