6.1. The machine body is installed with temperature mearsuring and indicating device. The feeding zone over model XJ-115 is equipped with side rolls for the enhancement of feeding capability.
6.2. The screw and bush are both gone through nitrogen treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.
6.3. Configured with ZLYJ hard gear reducer:
ZLYJ series speed reducer is a transmission part that possesses high precision hard gear surface and thrust block designed for rubber screw extruder. The design of product adapts all kinds of norm specified in ZBJ19009-88/ it features that gear and axis parts are made of high strength alloy steel. The gear all has gone through carburization, quenching and tooth grinding process. The precision of gear is grade 6 specified in GB10095-88. The hardness of gear surface reaches HRC54~62. At front end of hollow input axis there is large specification thrust bearing that will bear axial thrust force while the screw is working. The complete machine features compact, high in bearing capacity, stable in transmission, low noise, high efficiency, etc.
5. The temperature of main machine and screw can control by steaming or cooling water.

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off the surface, wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
