Rubber Mixing Mills' Main Features
1. Machine frame, gland and base are all welded through steel plates, after annealing, completely processed by precise machine tools. The whole machine frame, gland and base are all of strong rigidity, won't deform in future heavy duty working process and the surface is smooth and anti-wear.
2. The 2 ends of the rolls adopt antifriction bearings. The bearings are fixed inside bearings body and the bearing body applies casted iron material. Roll Bearings adopt automatic thin oil lubrication style.
3. Rollers: The rolls' surface is made of chilled cast iron, hard and anti-wear with the hardness of 68 ~ 72HSD. The rollers' structure is hollow style.
4. Adjustable Hydraulic Stop Guide: This rubber mixing mill adopts adjustable split type steel stop guide. The part contacting with rollers is inlaid with nylon.
5. Reducer: We adopt the ZSY series hard gear reducers to be matched with our rubber mixing mills. The gear lubrication adopts thin oil pump lubrication (forced recycled spray type) equipped with outside cooler to cool off the lubrication oil. The reducer is also equipped with lubrication oil filter.
6. Machine Safety Protection Device: In order to protect the safety of main parts of the mixing mill, we configure this rubber mixing mill with safety pad protecting device. When the mill works overload, the safety pad will break to avoid producing damage to main parts of the machine.
7. Brake Equipment: This rubber mixing mill adopts magnetic plug brake. Once the magnetic plug works, the rolls won't rotate 1/4 circumference of roll.
8. Emergency Brake Equipment: In front and rear of the machine are equipped with 4 emergency stopping buttons and also in the mill base is equipped a Kick-style stop switch.
Rollers' cooling method: Rollers' internal is with spray cooling, the external connected to rotary joint.
9. Electrical Connection: Our electric control device is mainly composed of electric motor, brake solenoid, limit switches and electrical controlling. This device is installed on the mill base (including electric controlling system) along with the mill packed and transported together. Before the machine leaving the factory, the wire from the motor to electric control cabinet is connected. The customer only needs to connect the control cabinet wire to the power supply before using the machine.
