Application:

This Kneader mixer is mainly used for plasticizing and mixing of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and plastics, foaming plastics, and used in mixing of various the degree materials.

Construction Features:

1. Mixing chamber adopts Jacket structure. It is plated with hard chrome on its internal walls.

2. The rotors are designed of two edge shearing style.The top edges and the side faces of blades are welded with hard alloy,then plated with hard chrome and polished,anti-wear and anti-corrosion.

3. Reducer adopts hard tooth gear reducer,and the hardness of gear surface is up to HRC-58-62 with longer service life and high bearing capacity.

4. Electrical control system adopts PLC which has perfact control system with reliable inspection and alarming functions.
