Notes for using tire cutter:
a. Inspect the knives frequently, if appear obvious blunt, it should be maintain timely.
b. the oil in hydraulic station should be filtered and changed regularly. Generally filter once every one and half year.
c. Wearing parts: rubber seals, delivered with another set when ship the machine to the buyer.

This machine can directly crush tires smaller than 900mm tires. At the general temperature, can be put directly crushed into 50 * 50 mm block, so the next rotating can grind into 10-30 meshes or wire and fiber separation equipment.

Notes for using whole tire shredder:
a. Inject gear oil into gearbox oil (hypoid gear oil), main bearings use calcium-based grease lubrication, three months after the operation of the machine, the oil should be replaced and clean the fuel tank. Since then change the oil once time every year.
b After deal with 3,000 tons of waste rubber (in normal circumstances),the buyer should grind the blade cutting edge once time. The blades is the wear parts, the general service life is 5-6 years, when delivering the machine to the buyer, the shredder will be equipped with edge hardness layer patching material (electrodes).
