Product Introduction

EPDM (Ethylene-propylene rubber) rubber granules production line is an equipment system for the production of EPDM rubber pellets. EPDM rubber is a kind of synthetic rubber, which has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance, and is widely used in rubber products, automotive parts, building materials and other fields.





The EPDM rubber pellet production line usually includes the following main components:

Raw material handling system: Used for the treatment of EPDM rubber raw materials, including the formulation, mixing and pretreatment of rubber pellets.

Rubber pellet preparation equipment: mainly includes rubber granulation machinery equipment, which is used to prepare the treated EPDM rubber raw materials into pellets through extrusion, cutting, granulation and other process steps.

Drying system: used to dry rubber particles with high humidity to improve the quality and stability of the particles.
