Main Structure Introductions of This Rubber Mixing Mill
1. Machine frame, gland and base are all welded through steel plates, after annealing, completely processed by precise machine tools. The whole machine frame, gland and base are all of strong rigidity, won't deform in future heavy duty working process and the surface is smooth and anti-wear.
2. Rollers: the rolls' surface is made of chilled cast iron, hard and anti-wear with the hardness of 68 ~ 72HSD. The rollers' structure is hollow style.
3. Automatic Hydraulic Type Rubber Blender: Operation Details: Before this blender device starts to work, the swinging device should be stopped and stay on the left of the machine. Please firstly start the traction roller, the rubber sheet cut down from the left of the roller and then through the swinging device delivering to traction roller, and then start the swinging device, moving back and forth to make the rubber sheet continuously work. When the rubber sheet reaches the technology quality requirements, then have the swinging device stopping on the right side and the worker can let the rubber sheet down.
4. Machine Safety Protection Device: In order to protect the safety of main parts of the mixing mill, we configure this rubber mixing mill with safety pad protecting device. When the mill works overload, the safety pad will break to avoid producing damage to main parts of the machine.
5. Brake Equipment: this rubber mixing mill adopts magnetic plug brake. Once the magnetic plug works, the rollers won't rotate 1/4 circumference of roller.
6. Emergency Brake Equipment: in front and rear of the machine are equipped with 4 emergency stopping buttons and also in the mill base is equipped a Kick-style stop switch.
7. Rollers' cooling method: Rollers' internal is with spray cooling, the external connected to rotary joints.
8. Electrical Connection: Our electric control device is mainly composed of electric motor, brake solenoid, limit switches and electrical controlling. This device is installed on the mill base (including electric controlling system) along with the mill packed and transported together. Before the machine leaving the factory, the wire from the motor to electric control cabinet is connected. The customer only needs to connect the control cabinet wire to the power supply before using the machine.
