Main Structure Instructions
This mixing mill is mainly composed of machine body, driving part, nip adjusting device, safety equipment, pin universal coupling, emergency stopping device, etc.
1. Rolls
The rolls' surface is made of chilled cast iron, hard and anti-wear with the hardness of 68 ~ 72HSD. The rolls' structure is hollow style and the surface is plated Nickel-phosphorus alloy.
2. Machine Frame, gland
Machine frame and gland adopt casted structure after annealing and processing.
3. Base
We adopt whole base welded structure after annealing, completely processed by precise machine tool. The base is of strong rigidity, not deformed and the surface is smooth and anti-wear.
4. Roll Bearings
The 2 ends of the rolls adopt antifriction bearings. The bearings are fixed inside bearings body and the bearing body applies casted iron material.
Roll Bearings adopt automatic thin oil lubrication style.
5. Reducer
We adopt the hard gear reducer matched with XK-550B rubber mixing mill. The gear lubrication adopts thin oil pump lubrication (forced recycled spray type) equipped with outside cooler to cool off the lubrication oil. The reducer is also equipped with lubrication oil filter.
6. Nip Adjusting Equipment
This mill adopts electric adjusting mode, the nip range is 0.8-15mm.
7. Machine Safety Protection Device
In order to protect the safety of main parts of the machine, we configure this rubber mixing machine with safety pad protecting device. When the machine works overload, the safety pad will break to avoid producing damage to main parts of the machine.
8. Brake Equipment
This rubber mixing machine adopts magnetic plug brake. Once the magnetic plug works, the rolls won't rotate 1/4 circumference of roll.
9. Emergency Brake Equipment
Press-button type emergency stop equipment, both configured with one group front and back of the machine.
10. Stop Guide
This rubber mixing machine adopts steel stop guide. The part contacting with rolls is inlaid with nylon.
11. Rolls cooling method
Rollers' internal is with spray cooling, the external connected to rotary joint.
12. Before the machine leaving the factory, the wire from the motor to electric control cabinet is connected. The customer only needs to connect the control cabinet wire to the power supply before using the machine.
