3.Rubber Calender Description
A - The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. To heat up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored so as to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
B- The rolls are arranged in I, and L forms. The upper rolls have roll cambers that can eliminate bending impact on rolls during working process. Thus, it is possible to make products with same thickness along axial direction
C- The transmission system adopts a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
D- The machine is equipped with emergency device. When an emergent accident occurs, the calendar will be immediately stopped to open the roll space so as to protect the operator and equipment.

The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with bored cavities and can be heated by steam or cooled by water homogenously to meet different requirements.
The machine is consisted of bedplate, frame, rolls , motor , coupling ,speed -ratio gear , adjusting spacing device , the adjusting temperature device of roll .
The bedplate is whole model, Installation convenience.
Roll are made of chilled case alloy iron, the working surface of roll is hardness and smoothly. steam and cooling water can pass through inner of the rolls so that surface temperature can be adjusted .
Roll fluctuation arrange , under roll is initiative roll , motor pass through coupling ,To make under roll driving , above roll by under roll pass though speed radio driving .
Roll bearing adopt roll bearing, high precision, long service life , Axes pathway is no abrasion .
Adjusting spacing device is consisted of one left and one right hand wheel. The bearing bases need is moved and reached nip by worm and worm wheel.
