Description:
1. Rubber Molding Machine is used in suppresses kinds of rubber products, thermosetting plastic products and can also be used as common hydraulic press.
2. The machine has simple structure, flexible operation, capacious space and beautiful appearance etc.
3. This machine mainly consists of host machine, hydraulic system, and electronic control system. Fuel tank alone installed on the on the left of host machine, not affected by the temperature of host machine plate. Workers have convenient operation and capacious visual. Plate temperature is controlled by temperature control table, high precision and good quality of products. The machine parts are all according to ministry of chemical industry standard, using quality materials, with meticulously processed.
4. This machine hydraulic part is a single system, installation in the left of the host machine, not influenced by the temperature of hot plate. The system mainly consisted of high and low pressure pump, three-phase AC motor, fuel tank and combination valve, respectively, play a pump protection, oil pressure and unloading effect. Before curing, press the start button of the motor, motor rotation, the oil directly enter in oil cylinder, platform rising. When the pressure reaches 14MPA, the electricity contact pressure gauge automatic control motor stops, curing began. When curing time is reached, put down hand control valve, so that unloading valve outlet connected with the oil return, oil back to the tank, the platform fell, end curing.
