Rubber bale cutter is one of the raw material processing machines of rubber factory. It's mainly used in cutting the natural rubber or synthetic rubber into easy mixing small blocks to conform the requirements.

XQL-80 Hydraulic Rubber Bale Cutter has compact structure, easy operating, less wearing parts and easy maintenance. It is the essential machine for raw material possessing.

XQL-80 Hydraulic Rubber Bale Cutter is mainly consist of motor, vane pump, magnetic exchange valve, overflow valve, slave RAM, oil pressure gauge pipe, hydro-cylinder support, rubber cutting knife, rack,
conveying groove etc. Oil cylinder uses standard hydro-cylinder;

Rack use high quality welded steel frame;

The rubber cutting knife is made of 9CrSi or T8A, through heat treatment its hardness reaches HRC60. Below the cutting knife is nylon board to protect the knife edge.
