Product Description

Rubber Extruder,Rubber Strainer(with double head)

Materials for Screw, pins and barrel:

A) Screw is made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), Surface is under nitrogen treatment, thickness ≥ 0.55mm, Hardness is ≥ HRC62.

Hollow structure, Easy to control temperature, and no leakage after hydrostatic test, one hour -10kg/cm2.

B) Barrel is pin structure, axial drill cooling.

The lining bush of barrel also made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), after nitrogen treatment. Hardness is ≥ HRC66, and thickness ≥ 0.55mm.

C) Pin is made by 40Cr

D) The materials of feeding roll is also made by nitriding steel (38CrMoALA), thickness of surface is ≥ 0.55mm, Hardness is ≥ HRC62.

The gear of feeding roll is made from 20CrMoTi, and surface is after carbrization, thickness 1.5mm, gain wear-resisting property.
