Rubber feed is pressed into rubber sheet after plasticating or mixing. This cooler can coat, cool, dry rubber sheets which are of high temperature and then be folded into a pile.Rubber batch-off machine is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.
